Ice bath and recovery accessories for injury rehab,
muscle recovery and everyday wellness -
helping you take back control.
Vero Recovery is a UK wellness and recovery company. We make ice bath accessories and recovery products for anyone recovering from injury, working through rehab, or looking to improve their physical or mental wellbeing - or both. No gimmicks, no overcomplicated routines, just equipment that works and does what it says. Vero Recovery was founded after our founder's own experience recovering from cancer and major surgery, when he struggled to find recovery products that weren't poor quality or overpriced. Vero Recovery exists to fix that.
Read our storyWe have also exclusively developed our own ice bath timer app in-house. It is completely free to download and use - no sign-up, no adverts, and no data ever leaves your phone. We were frustrated with other ice bath timers that have fiddly little buttons that are hard to press with cold, wet hands, or that lock features behind a paid subscription or an account - so ours does not. Download it below.
