How ozone acts on bacteria.

Ozone (O3) is a powerful natural oxidiser. As it moves through the water it reacts with and breaks down bacteria and other contaminants, then reverts back to oxygen - no chemical residue left behind.

Connect hose

Connect one end of the hose to the black connector on the ozone generator.

Fit valve

Connect the valve in the middle of both hoses, joining them together.

Fit diffuser

Connect the diffuser stone to the end of the hose.

Place in water

Place the white hose and diffuser stone into the water and turn on the ozone generator.

Important

Ensure the end of the valve fitted with the green band is facing towards the diffuser stone (towards the ice bath water). Failing to do so will prevent air flow out of the diffuser stone.

Use for 30-60 minutes at a time, ideally twice a day
Allow 30 minutes before entering the water after use
Where possible, place the black body higher than the water level

Use in a well ventilated area
Do not use the ice bath while the ozone is running
Allow 30 minutes after use before entering the water
Not intended for indoor usage
Recommend connecting to an RCD socket
Do not exceed 1 hour usage at a time, as this can cause overheating
Risk of electric shock - do not submerge the black unit into the water
Only the white hose/stone should enter the water

This is normal. Ozone is a powerful oxidising agent; it relies primarily on oxidation for sterilisation and disinfection.

Black unit feels hot to touch

It will get warm - if it feels hot, make sure you're only using it for a max of 1 hour at a time
