Vero Recovery was created after years of frustration using other ice bath products - quality issues, poor support, and worse after-sales care. We wanted a cold plunge that just worked, from a company that actually answered the phone when something went wrong. So we built one.
We're a new UK company, based in Stevenage, focused entirely on cold water recovery: ice baths and the accessories that make using one properly a bit easier. No subscriptions, no upsells, no confusing ranges - just honest products built for people who want to get in the cold water and get on with their day.
Quality was the whole reason we started - our products are chosen and tested to actually last.
